Reservation and stay regulations.
For a safe and peaceful stay, please familiarize yourself with the hotel regulations and cooperate in their observance.
- The regulations define the terms of service provision, responsibilities, and staying on the Hotel premises and are an integral part of the contract through making a reservation, paying a deposit, and the full payment for the stay.
- The regulations apply to all Guests staying at and visiting the facility.
- The regulations are available for review at the reception, in every room, and on the website.
- In the event of a breach of these regulations, the facility may refuse to continue providing services to the person violating them, settle payments for services rendered up to that point, charge for any damages caused, and request leaving the Hotel premises.
HOTEL DAY
- Starting the stay at the hotel signifies acceptance of the regulations by the Guest.
- The renting Guest is obliged to present a photo ID to the Reception staff when checking in. If the Guest refuses to provide an ID preventing check-in, the Receptionist will refuse to issue the room key/card.
- Rooms in the Hotel are rented by days. The hotel day starts at 2:00 PM on the arrival day and ends at 10:00 AM on the departure day.
- After the stay period ends, the Guest must leave the received key/card at the reception.
- When renting a hotel room, the Guest specifies the duration of the stay. If not specified, it is assumed the room is rented for one day.
- If the Guest wishes to extend the stay, they should notify Reception by 10:00 AM the day before departure. The stay extension depends on availability.
- A Guest who has not checked out by 10:00 AM may be charged an additional current fee for late checkout.
FEES
- The current price list of services provided by the Hotel is available on the website and at the reception.
- The fee for the stay is charged according to the offer.
- The stay fee does not include the tourist tax per person per day.
- Due to the spa nature of the city of Świnoujście, a tourist tax applies, charged for each day of stay for adults and children. The amount is set annually by the City Council Resolution No. LXVIII/531/2022 of October 27, 2022, regarding the tourist tax rate (Official Journal of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, item 4783).
- The tourist tax is collected by the Hotel and fully transferred to the City Office of Świnoujście.
- All granted discounts or reductions cannot be combined into a single discount.
GUEST STAY AT THE HOTEL
- Reservations remain valid until 24:00 on the planned arrival day. After this time, the reservation will be canceled unless the reception has been informed about a late arrival. Information about cancellation terms, no-shows, or shortening the stay is included in the reservation confirmation.
- In case of Guest cancellation, the Hotel may offer a voucher for unused services to be used at a convenient time for the customer.
- Stay for children up to 2 years old is free. The current price is on the website.
- Every Guest using accommodation must complete check-in formalities.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Intoxicated Guests or those disturbing others (Article 51 of the Code of Misdemeanors) will not be admitted.
- Unregistered persons may stay in the Guest's room from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, after notifying reception.
- The hotel Guest may not transfer the room to third parties. The Guest cannot transfer the room to others even if the paid stay period has not ended.
- No personal data about Guests will be disclosed to outsiders.
- The Hotel is not responsible for Guests' belongings left unattended.
- Guests must report property damage to reception immediately upon discovery.
- Due to fire safety requirements, the use of personal electrical appliances such as heaters, irons, and similar devices is prohibited in the hotel rooms.
- For safety, Guests should always check that doors and windows are closed when leaving the room.
- The Guest is financially responsible for all intentional or unintentional damage to hotel equipment or technical devices caused by themselves or their visitors.
- The Hotel is not liable for damage or loss of Guest’s vehicle (Article 846 § 4 of the Civil Code). The Guest acknowledges that the parking on Hotel grounds is unguarded but monitored.
- The Hotel reserves the right to charge the Guest for a bathrobe not returned, according to rates provided at reception on the day of checkout.
- Towels are standard room equipment. Please leave the set of towels in the room upon departure.
- Smoking tobacco and electronic cigarettes is strictly prohibited in all rooms and on balconies. Failure to comply will result in a fine of PLN 500.00.
- Taking towels and bedspreads from rooms outside the Hotel premises is prohibited.
- Taking food from the hotel restaurant is prohibited. Violation may result in a charge according to meal prices applicable on the day of the violation.
- The Guest agrees to have any items left on Hotel premises sent to the address provided by the Guest at their expense. If no address is given, the Hotel will store found items for 3 months.
RESERVATION TERMS
In case of cancellation of a booked stay, the Guest will be charged a cancellation fee as follows:
a) Non-refundable reservation with 40% prepayment:
A 40% prepayment of the reservation value is required via online payment system or bank transfer within 7 days from the reservation date. In case of reservation cancellation or no-show, the prepayment is forfeited.
b) Non-refundable reservation - 100% prepayment:
Full prepayment for the stay is required in advance via online payment system or bank transfer within 1 day from the reservation date. In case of cancellation or no-show, the full amount is forfeited.
c) The Guest may make a one-time, free change of reservation (no later than 3 days before arrival) to any available date. If the new date is more expensive, the Guest must pay the difference; if cheaper, the price remains unchanged.
d) Each subsequent reservation change costs PLN 200. If the new date is more expensive, the Guest must pay the difference; if cheaper, the price remains unchanged.
e) No reservation changes are possible in case of no-show without cancellation.
f) In case of shortening the stay, the Guest is obliged to pay 100% of the full reserved stay. Payments are non-refundable.
