Within the borders of Świnoujście, there are as many as 10 kilometers of beautiful, sandy beaches, gently sloping into the sea, creating spacious, shallow bathing areas.

There are 12 entrances from the town leading to numerous designated bathing areas, and the width of the beaches reaches up to seventy meters in some places. The cleanliness of the beaches and the surrounding area has been recognized, and Świnoujście is proud to hold the “Blue Flag” certificate.

The promenade is located in the northern part of Świnoujście. The promenade is a pre-war boulevard that separated the beach from the spa district. The promenade now connects the afternoon café buzz with the nightlife. Along the promenade, numerous restaurants, beer gardens, ice cream parlors, confectioneries, and an oceanarium have found their place.

During the summer season, many events take place in the concert shell. Additional charm is added by well-maintained historic Art Nouveau buildings. Some of them house atmospheric pubs. There are also benches and a bike path along the promenade. In several places, you can descend directly onto the beach from the promenade.
